💻 He started a hackathon in Odeo Inc challenging all his employees to come up with an idea which can be built within 24 hours

💡 Jack Dorsey was a web designer and came up with an idea "A blog for status update"

🐦 These "status updates" are now known as #tweets
🤑 The 24 hours hackathon gave birth to a $10 billion company 🤑
💈 Jack Dorsey, who won this challenge became the CEO of Twitter
